Ingredients

Step by Step Instructions

  • 400g can chickpeas, drained & patted dry
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • Sprinkle of Himalayan salt
  • 1/2 tsp ground cumin
  • 1/2 tsp paprika
Step 1

Preheat oven to 180C.

Step 2

Mix together all ingredients, place on a baking tray and bake for 30-40 minutes, until brown and crunchy.

Chickpeas are a good source of soluble fibre, which is important for gut health, as well as vitamins and minerals that are required for healthy skin, hormone balance and energy production.
