About this recipe
As an oily fish, mackerel is strong in flavour, but this is toned down by the cottage cheese and makes a rich, smooth paté.
Ingredients
300 grams smoked mackerel
125 grams cottage cheese
1 tablespoon lemon juice
1/2 tsp paprika
Freshly ground black pepper
Instructions
Step 1
Place all the ingredients in a food processor and blend until smooth.
