About this recipe
Roasted until golden and crisp, these chickpeas offer a practical way to add protein and crunch to your day.
Ingredients
400g can chickpeas, drained & patted dry
1 tablespoon olive oil
Sprinkle of Himalayan salt
1/2 tsp ground cumin
1/2 tsp paprika
Instructions
Step 1
Preheat oven to 180C.
Step 2
Mix together all ingredients, place on a baking tray and bake for 30-40 minutes, until brown and crunchy.
