Whatever your health goals or dietary restrictions, a meal of simply cooked oily fish and a pile of green vegetables is sure to hit the mark.



Step by Step Instructions

  • Juice of a lime
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 garlic clove, crushed
  • 1/2 teaspoon ground ginger
  • 2 salmon fillets
Step 1

Combine all the marinade ingredients in a shallow dish and leave the salmon fillets to soak in it for at least 30 mins.

Step 2

Steam or bake the salmon for 10-15 minutes and serve with plenty of green vegetables.
