Chef’s tips

Substitute the fruit and vegetables with any other green varieties to create your own variation e.g. pear, celery, grapes, kale, citrus fruits. Vary the amount of ice and coconut water to suit how thick you prefer your smoothie.

Coconut water has an almost perfect balance of electrolytes, minerals such as sodium, potassium, calcium and magnesium, which help to keep cells hydrated and able to produce energy.
