With the success of low-carb or ketogenic diets, cauliflower has become a popular alternative to rice. The onion is optional, but adds more flavour.
Step by Step Instructions
3 tbsp Olive oil
- 1/2 Medium cauliflower, finely grated or whizzed in a food processor
- 1/2 Onion, very finely chopped
Heat the oil in a large frying pan or wok and gently sauté the onion and cauliflower, stirring regularly, until softened and just starting to brown.
Both cauliflower and onion are rich in sulphur, which is a crucial nutrient involved in liver detoxification.
