- 2 cups raw cashew nuts
- 2 tbsp savoury yeast
- Pinch of turmeric
- 1 cup water
- 2 tsp Dijon mustard
- Salt & pepper to taste
Step 1
Put all the ingredients into a food processor and blend until well mixed. Serve hot or cold.
Nutrition
Cashews are very versatile and can also be used to make dairy-free ‘milk’ and ‘cheese.’ Nutritional yeast can be found in health food stores and provides a source of vitamin B12 which is often lacking in vegan diets.
