Lime-marinated salmon

Whatever your health goals or dietary restrictions, a meal of simply cooked oily fish and a pile of green vegetables is sure to hit the mark.

Lime-marinated salmon


  • 1
    Juice of a lime
  • 1 Tablespoon
    Olive oil
  • 1
    Garlic clove, crushed
  • 1/2 Teaspoon
    Ground ginger
  • 2
    Salmon fillets


  1. Combine all the marinade ingredients in a shallow dish and leave the salmon fillets to soak in it for at least 30 mins.

  2. Steam or bake the salmon for 10-15 minutes and serve with plenty of green vegetables.
