Broccoli salad

Broccoli is one of my ultimate ‘superfoods,’ containing such a wide variety of nutrients to support multiple body functions. Enjoy it raw in this salad, which takes just minutes to make.

Broccoli salad


  • 250 Grams
    Broccoli, cut into florets
  • 100 Grams
    Carrot, roughly cut into pieces
  • 1
    Red apple, cored and quartered
  • 1
    Slice of red onion (approx 30g)
  • 100 Grams
    Plain natural Greek yoghurt
  • 20 Grams
    Lemon juice (approx 1/2 lemon)
  • 25 Grams
    Walnut halves


  1. Place all the ingredients in a food processor and chop for 5 to 10 seconds until you reach the desired chunkiness. Season to taste and serve immediately.
